La Tuquette is the starting point for all you want to see, and at less than an hour's travel you will find:

30 kilometres to the south, the Mediterranean with the towns of Cannes, Fréjus, St Raphaël, Antibes, Grasse, St Tropez, Nice, Monaco, Menton and then Italy.

In the immediate locality, le country of Fayence, with its European centre of gliding, its Provençal villages perched on the sides of the hills, the lake of St Cassien (an immense reservoir of 600 hectares in its surroundings of greenery), the nature reserve of Fondurance, the forest of Tanneron with its mimosas, the caves of St Cezaire, country around Grasse.

The circuit of the olive oil mills will take you across this calm interior of Provence, far from the crowds on the beaches of the Côte d'Azur.

To the north the bastions of the Alpes de Haute Provence, the Gorges of Verdon, of the Siagne, of Pennafort.
